By Car - Driving Directions

Laughlin is not too far away to drive yourself at times that best suit you.

Once there - You may check into your room anytime after 3:00 pm, Thursday.
There will be late night dancing Thursday starting about midnight in the Ballroom located
on the bottom floor of the tower. Check-in for classes on Friday will start at 9:00 am

Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside
This is a 4.5 to 5.0 hour drive from most locations around L.A., Orange County and Riverside
From Ontario, CA (where the 10 Fwy and 15 Fwy meet) - take the 15 Fwy North to Barstow

In Barstow take the 40 Fwy East toward Laughlin and Exit River Road Cutoff
You are going to cross some mountains and go down a long grade just before River Road Cutoff. WATCH your speed down this grade, it is a speed trap for the Highway Patrol. (They know you’re about to leave California too.) We see someone stopped there about every trip.
This will take you to a Stop Sign at Needles Hwy - turn left to Laughlin (Rt goes to Needles)
Go 28 miles to Casino Drive. This highway will improve shortly, after you cross the Nevada State Line, and get even better just before Casino Drive. At Casio Drive (Traffic Signal) make a right to downtown Laughlin. The River Palms is the Next Hotel past Harrah’s (on the right).

San Diego
This is a 5.5 to 6.0 hour drive from most locations around San Diego
From San Diego, CA - take the 15 Fwy North to Barstow

· From Phoenix take 93 North to I-40

· Take I-40 West to Kingman

· In Kingman – Exit Beale Street (68 West) Take 68 West to Bullhead City

· In Bullhead make a Right at Second Traffic Signal and go across bridge to Laughlin.

· Across the bridge, Go Left on Casino Drive

· River Palms is approx 1.5 miles down on left

By Air – 4 Ways

Fly to Las Vegas and meet our Las Vegas Bus Thursday, June 20th !
This bus is included in our Packages.
Fly to Las Vegas and take the Tri-State Shuttle from Las Vegas - 4 Times Daily !
This is a separate service, NOT included in our packages.

1. Fly to Las Vegas and meet our Las Vegas Bus

Book a Flight for Thursday, Aug 15th, to McCarran Airport, Las Vegas, NV

Your Flight should arrive No Later than 8:30 pm, Aug 15th, Nevada Time Meet the group taking the Bus at "Zero" Level, just outside of baggage claim at 9:00 pm
We suggest you get there by 9:00 pm – this baggage area and “Zero Level” IS HUGE.
A DanceFun Representative will be there with a hand held “DanceFun” Sign.
The Bus will board at “Zero Level” just outside of baggage claim at 9:30 pm and leave promptly at 9:45 pm – Airport Regulations do not allow us to stay longer.

Book your returning flight out of Las Vegas after 7:00 pm, Sunday, Aug 18th
Our bus will bring you back to McCarran Airport by 5:00 pm Sunday. Airport Security requires that you arrive 2 hours before any flight. Be sure to book a returning flight that departs after 7:00 pm Sunday Night, Aug 18th OR secure other transportation (i.e. Tri-State Shuttle) to return on time for earlier flights.

Please Note: This bus transportation is included in the complete package only. Because space is limited, we CANNOT sell the bus transporation separately or with “Event Only” Passes.
