Las Vegas Airport Pickup is at “Zero Level” at shuttle van pickup area. Cross over cross walk and look for Tri State Super Shuttle van or driver with sign saying Tri State Super Shuttle. 

Hotel Pickups in Laughlin – Mention the hotel you wish to leave from when booking. 

Cancellation & Change Policy: All cancellations must be made to Tri State Super Shuttle. All non-refundable tickets cannot be canceled with a refund. Only refundable rates may be canceled. All refundable-ticketed passengers must cancel at least 7 days prior to their departure date to be entitled to a refund minus 30% service fee. Any refundable tickets canceled in the 7-day period will not be eligible to a refund unless authorized by Tri State Super Shuttle on a case-by-case basis. All No Shows are non refundable at any time. All tickets are non transferable. Any changes made to a ticket can be made anytime prior to 48 hours of the transportation date and a 30% service fee of the total ticket price will be charged to the ticket holder. 

New Arrival Procedures: As to the new FAA security measures enforced. Passengers arriving at McCarran Las Vegas Airport are instructed that after they have retrieved their luggage from the baggage claims, they are to go down to 0 level via elevators or escalators go out left side doors and go across center cross walk over to where all the vans are parked and locate driver with sign at van saying Tri State Super Shuttle. 

Tri State Super Shuttle reserves the rights to change any scheduled time so that it may accommodate all its passengers traveling. 

All passengers luggage is sole responsibility of the passenger to make sure that their luggage is loaded onto the van and unloaded at the airport. As a courtesy our drivers will assist the passenger in loading their luggage on and off of the vehicle. Tri State Super Shuttle is no way to be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen luggage. 

Tri State Super Shuttle once arriving at the airport cannot assist any passengers with their luggage to check in and may not leave theirs vehicles. As to the new FAA and airport security measures.

Tri State Super Shuttle or its employee’s “DO NOT & WILL NOT” guarantee or assume responsibility for any of the following:

1. Any travel connections.
2. Loading or unloading of passengers.
3. Delays due to conditions beyond Tri State Super Shuttles control. Such as road conditions, weather, or any traffic or to vehicle break downs beyond Tri State Super Shuttle control. All passengers will be moved to the next available shuttle time. If any of these conditions should occur and if Tri State Super Shuttle is unable to provide that transportation only the cost of the shuttle ticket will be refunded. Tri State Super Shuttle will not be held liable to the cost of any other transportation that is not provided by Tri State Super Shuttle under any circumstances. Tri State Super Shuttle will not assume any responsibility for flight delays if any of the above should occur.
4. Airline connections are subject to delays. Tri State Super Shuttle assumes no responsibility or guarantees to wait for any late arrivals unless previous arrangements have been made.
5. All passengers that have missed there shuttle times due any condition may be charged a fee no more than 30% of the cost of their transportation to move them to the next available shuttle time.
6. Tri State Super Shuttle is not and will not be held liable for loss or damage to baggage or its contents, or any personal property. If any items are left on any of our vehicles, the property will be given to our lost and found department. Any property that is found will be shipped to its owner at the cost of the owner of the property. Shipping & Handling. No C.O.D.

All passenger are limited to 2 suit cases per passenger, all oversized luggage will be accessed an additional charge on the equipment needed to transport. Any additional pieces of luggage will be charged a $ 10.00 charge per piece of luggage over the 2 suit case limit. All cargo will be charged as cargo and not luggage. 

All pets must be transported in an airport approved pet carrier and will be charged as a cargo rate based on size and weight of cargo. 

We at Tri State Super Shuttle reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

All passengers travel at their own risk. Seat belts should be worn at all times.

With a 21 day in advance booking.  These rates are non-refundable.

OPTION 2        One-way      $ 36.95
                       Two way      $ 64.95
Children 12 years and under each way  $ 24.95
These are non-refundable rates for less than 21 day in advance bookings. 

OPTION 3        One-way      $ 44.95
                       Two way      $ 79.95
Children 12 years and under each way  $ 29.95

OPTION 3 rates are refundable with the following policies:

1. 7-day advance cancellation is required and there is 30% cancellation fee required.
2. All changes made to any of the above options may be made up to 48 hours prior to the transportation date and there will be a 30% change required.
3. Due to the new security measures that have been implemented at the international airports all passengers must have at the minimum 2 hrs before their flight departs.
4. On arrivals to the airport all passengers must arrive at the minimum 1-hour prior to the shuttle departure.
