DanceFun Pre-Cruise Packages in Miami

Carnival advises that guests flying, especially from the West Coast, plan to arrive one day early.  This is primarily due to the fact that flying the day of the cruise is risky.  That is, most flights from the West Coast arrive after 2:00 pm and the ship departs at 4:00 pm.  Should your plane have any delay -- you would miss the ship AND the next port of call is St Thomas on Day 3 of the cruise.  That wouldn't fun...

So, our packages are designed to fly in one day before the cruise (Friday, February 8th) and return home the day we disembark (Saturday, February 16th).  These packages fly round trip on American Airlines, non-stop to Miami from Los Angeles or San Francisco.  Our group is staying at the Embassy Suites Miami Airport (photo tour !) It is located at the Miami Airport and offers complimentary managers cocktail party, made to order breakfast and complimentary airport shuttle for those booking their own air travel.  Our packages are less expensive and include more than what Carnival offers.   Carnival does not include the cocktails or breakfast at their hotel or a round trip shuttle to South Beach. 

Going in a day early will allow us to visit South Beach on Friday Night - the place to play in Miami.  Our shuttle will take us (and our instructors) to South Beach with plenty of time for dinner and dancing. 

Our planned Itinerary looks like this:

FRIDAY
Fly to Miami and transfer to the Embassy Suites Miami Airport Hotel.  After settling in, meet us in the Atrium Lobby for the Manager's Cocktail Party with complimentary snacks and drinks (5:30 to 7:30pm).  Then we will go to South Beach for an evening of fun (8:00pm).  You will be on your own to explore the restaurants and clubs on the Beach.  We are looking for a Club to meet up for dancing - currently this is to be announced.  There will be a return shuttle to the hotel as well (1:00am), or you may just go back on your own.
SATURDAY
Start your day with a "made to order" breakfast is the Hotel Atrium.  Then check out and shuttle over to the Carnival Cruise Terminal to meet the ship and start our cruise.  (luggage service, tax, and tips included)
FOLLOWING THE CRUISE
Return transfer to Miami Airport and fly home !

 Come early and meet the DanceFun Instructors and party with us in South Beach !

Airport Transfers

Carnival Airport Shuttle Service serves the Port of Miami from Miami and Ft Lauderdale Airports.  Available only on days on embarkation & disembarkation.

Meet the Carnival Rep at the Airport at Baggage Claim to be directed to the bus.  The same is true for the return to the Airport.  But to use their service your flight MUST be scheduled as follows:
